Comparative Sensory Evaluation
Flavour, colour, raw-material condition and application-relevant differences are recorded across prepared tea, powder and raw-material samples.
CHA STELLAOWNED PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Owned tea gardens, shade cultivation, tencha production, ball milling across multiple owned facilities, post-milling packing and in-house sensory evaluation support quality control and reliable bulk supply. Third-party test reports are available on request.

SOURCE TO POWDER
The production sequence covers tea cultivation and tencha production, followed by ball milling, packing and sample evaluation. Third-party test reports are available on request.
Owned tea gardens provide a raw-material base for scheduled bulk production.
Tea plants intended for tencha production are managed under shade before harvest.
Production lines process fresh tea leaves into tencha for subsequent milling.
Ball-milling equipment is distributed across multiple owned production facilities.
Milled tea powder is bagged, packed into cartons and prepared for dispatch.
Comparative sensory evaluation records flavour, colour, raw-material condition and application-relevant differences across prepared tea, powder and raw-material samples.
01–02 · TEA GARDENS & CULTIVATION
Owned tea gardens and managed shade cultivation provide the raw-material foundation for tencha production.

03 · TENCHA PRODUCTION
Shade-grown fresh tea leaves are processed into tencha for subsequent milling. Twenty-seven production lines support coordinated planning for bulk production.

DISTRIBUTED BALL MILLING
All ball milling takes place across multiple company-owned facilities. More than 600 units provide capacity for planned bulk production.

05 · PACKING & DISPATCH
After milling, tea powder is packed into bags and cartons, then prepared for bulk dispatch.
06 · IN-HOUSE SENSORY EVALUATION
Prepared tea, powder and raw-material samples are compared for flavour, colour, raw-material condition and application-relevant differences.

Flavour, colour, raw-material condition and application-relevant differences are recorded across prepared tea, powder and raw-material samples.
Sample evaluation can be aligned with intended applications such as beverages, bakery, ice cream and food manufacturing.
Third-party test reports are available on request through the commercial enquiry process.
MODERN PRODUCTION SITE
The central production site covers approximately 4.3 hectares and coordinates production and quality management, while ball-milling capacity remains distributed across multiple owned facilities.
